Lady Jayne's 

The mission of Lady Jayne’s Bakery is to continue a habit of excellence, with a commitment to integrity and passion for food through thoughtful determination every day.  As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.


MaryJayne, the owner and baker, holds an AS Baking and Pastry Arts as well as BA in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has completed the ServSafe food safety certification. Mary Jayne has tremendous experience in the culinary industry for over seven years. She has experienced learning at a variety of restaurants and bakeries in the Carolinas. Her positions have included being the Baker/ Pastry Chef at The Village Bakery, a line cook at Zebra Restaurant, Pastry Chef at Delectables by Holly Catering, and most recently Pastry/Sous Chef at Mez Restaurant at the EpiCentre.
